Our Head Pastry chef Laura has been classically trained in french patisserie with over a decade worth of experience working in Michelin starred restaurants, five starred hotels, Sports stadiums, and catering companies across London. 

Here at Mandy's Favourites taste and quality matter to us that is why we use the finest & most authentic ingredients available to freshly bake all our products to order in small batches. Each one is then hand-decorated, boxed and wrapped to ensure freshness, so that you can enjoy the best Caribbean bakery experience you've ever had.
